Account and Contact Summaries
Freddy AI now provides concise overviews of your contacts and accounts directly on their detail pages. This feature ensures you're always up-to-date without the need to sift through extensive records, enhancing your productivity and focus. Additionally, administrators can customize the visibility of these summaries to align with team preferences.

AI-powered sales battle cards
Freddy AI can now analyze keyword mentions in the notes section and highlight available battle cards, allowing sellers to get contextual guidance, and additional insights right within the CRM.
LinkedIn Marketing Forms integration
With the Freshsales-LinkedIn Marketing Forms Integration; whenever a form is submitted on LinkedIn, a new contact will automatically be created in Freshsales, streamlining the lead management process.
@mentions in notes
Seamlessly loop in team members or deal teams to keep stakeholders updated on progress with @mentions in notes. Quickly tag and invite colleagues to discussions for input to move the deal forward.
Updates to contact data import
Designate a specific email address as the primary ID during the contact import process. This primary address will be used by default for bulk emails, sales sequences, and workflows. Assign labels for each email ID during import, categorize them effectively, and organize contact information better.
Changes to API request limits
We are upgrading the underlying data section of reports to improve the analytics experience. Select and view columns that are most relevant to their analysis using filters and rearrange the columns for a personalized layout.
Changes to API request limits
To improve the Freshsales experience with greater speed and responsiveness, we've upgraded API request limits from hourly to per-minute access per account. There is now a limit of 400 requests/minute across all plans.

Spark UI for custom modules
Custom module list views have been upgraded to align them with the intuitive interfaces of other modules. With this update, users can access Kanban views, an improved slider, and extended support for custom apps.
Auto-assignment advanced rules
Users can now group rules together with AND or OR conditions with advanced conditions in auto-assignment rules. The CRM will check for multiple conditions before assigning the records to the assigned users.
Updated scopes for roles
The default scopes have been updated for the different CRM users, and are available in the Enterprise plan. With this update, admins can specify granular access for every action at the module level in the CRM.
New Email domains
Customers can choose from 4 email domains for all incoming and outgoing emails based on their region to improve email deliverability and reputation.
Edit files names on the mobile app
Mobile users can change the file name when they upload a file from the mobile app.
Freddy AI for Sales (public beta)
We have opened up Public Beta for the Gen AI capabilities for Freddy AI on the Pro and Enterprise plans for Freshsales and Freshsales Suite products. Users can now enable the features from Freddy settings in the Admin Settings.
Products in deal cards
The deal cards now display the products associated with the deal so users can get a holistic view.
Email compose window enhancements
We have improved discoverability of email templates and placeholders and made it easier to link emails with the right record from the static toolbar. Edit your signature from the pane and schedule your emails for upcoming dates.
