  1. You can make and receive calls in Freshcaller by purchasing phone numbers and call credits.

  2. Call recording charges of USD 0.0032/min are applicable when you choose to record your calls.

  3. A charge of USD 0.005/min when supervisors and administrators choose to monitor/barge phone calls.

  4. A charge of USD 0.005/min when agents add other team members on conference calls.

  5. An additional charge of USD 0.005/min is applicable when agents choose to attend calls on their SIP.

  6. Voicemails left by callers are chargeable as per the region's pricing. An additional charge of USD 0.004/min is applicable if you choose to transcribe your voicemails.

  7. Once you exhaust your free local incoming minutes for calls attended on browser, a flat rate of USD 0.013/min will apply. Learn more about free incoming calls here.

  8. Billing will be rounded off to the next minute. For example, if a call lasts 2min 45sec it will be billed for 3 minutes. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.
