This test is designed for agents in Freshdesk accounts - specifically, agents who use the “Tickets” tab extensively and talk to customers directly. If you have a Freshdesk agent expert certificate, it means that:

  • You know how to use any Freshdesk agent feature
  • You can guide your admins to set up automations and other time saving features
  • You can start working with any Freshdesk setup from Day 1.

This test is more complex compared to the Product Expert Certification test. It’s for admins, partners and employees. If you have a Freshdesk implementation expert certificate, it means that:

  • You can set up Freshdesk to handle complex workflows
  • You can successfully troubleshoot problems with any given Freshdesk implementation
  • You know how every feature in Freshdesk works and their plan information
  • In fact, you know the tool so well that we want to hire you.
