The decision was forced on them. Companies that already had a well-baked plan to transform responded much better than those who weren’t prepared,” adds Prasad.

Challenge #2: navigating employee pushback And solving for specialized IT skills

One of the major challenges of digital transformation for most companies is employee adoption and its impact on their culture and organizational structure. 

You can’t accomplish your goals without the support of the entire organization, or at least a majority of them. Many of your employees may feel threatened about their job security by these changes, affecting morale or productivity and impacting the overall organizational culture.
