Debbie McCormick has been serving as the Director and Creative Technologist at Applian Technologies since 2005 and has been affiliated with them since 2002. Applian Technologies is a San Francisco based company that develops end-user software for recording, capturing and downloading streaming media. In 2013, Applian Technologies recognized a need to reduce redundancy in supporting their own product line. To allow businesses to better support their products and services through the use of Decision Trees, Zingtree was developed by the CEO of Applian, and branded and designed by Debbie.

Sajesh Krishnadas is a Product Manager at Freshdesk. A self-service enthusiast with a keen eye for user needs, Sajesh builds features for our self-service portal at Freshdesk. Prior to Freshdesk, Sajesh has worked on building successful products both for the web and for mobile.
