Academy of Contemporary Music (ACM) is a music academy that has its campuses in London, Birmingham, and Guildford. They use Freshdesk and love the self-service experience that comes with Freddy, our omnibot. They feel that with Freddy being able to resolve L1 issues, they get more time to focus on complex ones, and look forward to using the collaboration feature more to increase the visibility of their processes.
