SimpleTix, an event registration platform, uses four products from the Freshworks’ suite— Freshdesk, Freshchat, Freshsales, and Freshmarketer. They love the mobile solution as it allows them to access the helpdesk on the go. They also like the canned responses, custom widget and session replay features that Freshworks products offer. They are planning to implement Freddy, our omnibot.
