In this meetup, Irianja Razafimihary, division manager (travel and hospitality, telcos, and media and entertainment) at Freshworks, will discuss customer experience (CX) best practices with Annekatrin Montag (customer care and satisfaction lead) and Gaëlle Willmann (quality lead) from Evaneos, a Freshworks customer and the world’s first online platform that allows travelers to create tailor-made trips directly with a local travel agent.
