Where IT leaders are eyeing investments

For many IT departments, 2025 is shaping up to be about smart, measurable spending

If uncertainty remains the best business bet, then AI enthusiasm is a close second. Owing to that enthusiasm—and a fear of being left behind—the vast majority of IT leaders expect their budgets to at least modestly increase in 2025, according to Forrester research (registration required). 

CIO.com recently spoke with Freshworks CIO Ashwin Ballal and other IT leaders about how they plan to maximize their budgets and operational and technological bets in 2025.
