How Freshworks passed Piracanjuba's ESM test
Freshservice wins over the Brazilian dairy producer by tackling the logistics department first

For years, the company had relied on ServiceNow for ITservice management, but when it came time to roll it out to other departments, the platform was too costly and complex to handle the migration of 400 catalog items, 65 robotic process automations, and 35 integrations with internal technology systems.
Freshservice gave Piracanjuba an easy way to transform employee services across 17 business units, starting with its most complicated unit of all: logistics.
"We started with our most challenging area, and [Freshservice] exceeded our expectations,” says Borba. Within three months, 90% of employees were using Freshservice and its customized, automated workflows.
