If there are any additional requests or comments in the message — the Thank You GPT app reopens the ticket for an agent to handle. 5. If the response contains only a "Thank you" message, the app lets the ticket remain resolved. 6. Optional: The app sends a message back to the customer. 7. Optional: The app adds a tag to the ticket. 8. Optional: The app adds a private note to the ticket. FAQ: 1. How many tickets can the app handle? The app is completely scalable, so even the busiest service desks will be able to handle those unnecessary tickets without lifting a finger. There’s no limitation on the number of tickets processed. 2. Is my data secure? Absolutely - we don’t store any of your messages or metadata long term. Once processing is complete, everything is completely erased and no logs are kept. Our ChatGPT integration is done through OpenAI. 3. How much time will I need to invest during the setup process? The setup process takes roughly five minutes and afterwards the app starts working automatically.
