(You'll need to sign up using your organization's name and set up a USD 10 billing for a better experience). OpenAI Model - We recommend using the GPT-3.5 model. If your ticket conversation spans across thousands of words, consider selecting models with 16K or 32K context. Larger models can analyze more content, but please keep in mind that pricing for larger contexts can be slightly higher.
